Hi internet strangers

I’m looking to participate in my first local powerlift meeting near the end of December.

I am 178cm/5’11, 72kg/159lbs My current lifts:

• Bench 1RM 95kg/210lbs

• Squat 5RM 150kg/330lbs > 1RM calculator says 175kg/385lbs (Ofcourse based on a calculator)

• Now for deadlifts I haven’t done them since 1 year.. My best pulled was 165kg/364lbs for 1, I did deadlifts yesterday and I went up to 1 rep on 160kg/353lbs. I must say I didn't feel like my form was too good, RPE 8/10.

What I was thinking to pull off as my final tries: B 110kg/245lbs, S 180kg/405lbs, DL 200kg/440lbs

Now I’m kinda lost on what program to run up till then.. For the last few months I’ve just ran a program that I made myself, it was quite a bodybuilding style of a program. Higher in reps and just going as heavy as possible every single session. In the past I’ve ran Starting strength, JW 5/3/1 and nSuns. I saw that Candito’s 6 week program was mentioned quite a few times on other reddit threads with the same topic. Now since I have close to 3 months I’m not really sure if I should run a regular LP program till I can do something like the 2-5 week of Candito’s program or just keep running the LP till the end? Also read the wiki and the peaking program but it's also more meant for when you're just a couple weeks out and I'm not really certain if I even need it..

Notes:

• My pushing has always been weak... guess getting past the 2 plate bench will be the hardest in this case.

• I’ve got 7 days per week to work out
