63% of millennial homeowners regret buying home: survey

I live in Western Massachusetts and paid $385k for a 3,600sq 4b 3.5br, in ground pool & attached 2 car garage with 6 acres of woods. Eastern MA this would be at least $1.5m and you wouldn't find the land. A traffic jam here is having a car in front of you at a stop sign. We don't have gators but we have lots of deer and a bear shits in our woods.

My FIL owned a house in Spring Hill, FL that we learned was on 3 sinkholes. I guess many people down there get no more excited about sinkholes then we do about a blizzard but it still scared the shit out of me and when he died we sold that place as quick as we could. Beautiful 3b 2br ranch with covered/heated pool. Because of sink holes can't get home insurance or a mortgage. It sold for >$65K cash. We had 5 above asking offers the day we listed. We took the highest and no regrets. The estimated cost to "fix" the sinkholes was $280K
