- What is your headset and how much did you pay for it?
Currently have an HTC Vive, paid $1400AUD for it and worth every penny.
- Do you use it often or it was one of those things that were fun at the beginning and then got meh?
When I first got it I used it nearly every day and demoed it to over 60 people who have all loved it. Then I started to cut down to about a few times a week after a month. I've been caught up with uni currently and when I do get free time, I either just play stardew valley or Overwatch because I'm not bothered to set it up.
- What did you spend most of the time doing with the VR? ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
The Lab, space pirate trainer, out of ammo and job simulator was what I mainly played. Also demoed theBlu mainly for everyone.
- If you had to recommend a great VR headset quality/price wise, what would it be?
Right now I'd say HTC tops the market imo with the room scaling and controllers but the price is incredibly high. I haven't tried any other VR devices personally but I'd say try find a place that demoes this. Just be wary if you do want to purchase this then prepare to see a number of bugs. The price is more of a premium of trying it early. VR is still fresh in development.
