I just wanted to take some time and express my opinion about some of things being said in this thread as a long time achievement hunter fan.

Geoff

I like Geoff. Geoff seems like a genuinely good human being, and I'm sure people who know him in real life would say the same thing. With that said though, I haven't been enjoying him in some recent let's plays. I feel like Geoff is actually at the stage Ray was when he was heading out of Achievement Hunter. Let's plays that he's involved in that he's not really engrossed in are incredibly obvious, whether through not talking or not listening at all. On the other hand some videos he's in are incredible. I feel like Geoff does well in the (sometimes) short and simple games like Uno, overcooked, or genital jousting. Just one screen couch co-op type games that don't require a whole lot of investment. In these longer more complicated let's plays he's been involved in he really just feels like a chore, in a bad way. At the end of the day my feeling about Geoff can be answered by two questions and statements.

  Would some Achievement Hunter videos and let's plays be better without Geoff? Yes.   Would Achievement Hunter be better without Geoff? No.
