75, still got it (Mr Lifestyle a.k.a Robby Robinson)

Hey man, first of all, i don't know your situation well enough to offer specific advice, but it's never to late to start making yourself better, i started going to the gym at 17 and was enjoying it but then covid happened and i stopped going to the gym and fell down a hole, i started going to the gym again now at almost 19 and trust me, it's never too late.

Maybe going to the gym is just not possible or not your thing and it's okay, there are lots of things you can do anyway, whatever you decide, start slow if you want but try and make a habit, do something that makes you happy, take walks, cook delicious and healthy food, play basketball. Even then i find the gym fun, if you decide you want to lift weights then do it and dont let anything stop you.

Step by step try to get rid of your lazyness and be proud of you making an effort.

My best of wishes, and hope you find success in whatever you pursue.
