76 year old protester in Washington DC demands justice for Tyre Nichols and says: "I was shot in my back by the police the day Martin Luther King, Jr. was killed. My brother was shot in his back by the police, and paralyzed for 50 years. This is the reason why I’m here. Very little has changed."

What's stopping this from happening again? Yeah they disbanded project Sorpion or whatever the dumbass name they had, but these cops showed they had no worries about this action. Unless there's actual systemic change, these issues remain a issue across the US. which we know there won't be changes as seen in the few past decades I've paid attention at least. Everyone that started paying attention after after George Floyd was murdered said we needed change and demanded change.... there's been very little changes and the county sherrif who went on a joy ride crashing a county vehicle going over 100mph while completely wasted just got his job back as a cop and barely got punishment. Several others have been murdered by cops in Minneapolis alone since GF. now we have another viral and utterly horrendous incident in policing. Why should that cycle of no systemic progress continue?
