When a man and woman have sex they are both agreeing to possibilities. She is agreeing to the possibility of pregnancy, knowing she can abort. He is agreeing to the possibility of fathering a child and knowing he will have no further recourse.

He took that risk willingly. So did she. So in the event that she gets pregnant she must choose between abortion or delivery. If she delivers he knows he will be financially responsible for the child.
