7th place Main Event finalist Nick Marchington sued by staking group for cancelling the stake

Are you really that stupid. Can you please tell me where on earth these bookmakers are where you can cancel a bet before the event starts and get your original stake back. THEY DO NOT EXIST.

I refer you to the answer I gave another poster. I bet on a horse at 3/1 it drifts to 100/1 before the race (for any number of reasons). I go and ask for my money back. They say ‘there you go’. That’s laughable. They would be out of business in a day.

Please give me the names of these organisations, as even betting exchanges require you to lay your bet at the current market rate.

On the subject of Nick, he’s not a flakey pain in the arse, he’s a scummy, greedy welcher who agreed a deal and then reneged on it when someone offered him a bit more money (who the hell thinks he’s worth 1.7 anyway???).

A lowlife scumbag who tried to screw over others is now being screwed over by those very same scumbags.

Poetic justice. If you can’t stick to a deal don’t make the deal in the first place.
