90 Days today. Holy can 90 days change you! (Before/After)

Do it! I always thought sober people/vegans were cool and I admired their stories thinking I'd be like them one day. (Steve-o was always super cool to me and has a good YouTube channel if you get bored). You'll never regret just trying one thing differently today, even if you don't stick to it you'll get a feel for what life can be like and what makes you feel good. Some days I'd go for a walk to keep busy and tire myself out, sometimes I'd just sleep to get through a day. It doesn't have to be everything at once. Honestly a big thing I left out was finding a good therapist. I think a lot of us are probably self medicating with alcohol because it's easy to do and therapy/sitting with uncomfortable emotions is really really hard. Seek discomfort my friend.
