I have a lot of health issues which caused me to be very short and thin, but I've still received interest from women. Dating as a short guy is totally different from average/tall guys though.

You won't be able to attract others through sex appeal, making it pointless to join a dating site/app. Online dating is all about first impressions and you're not going to get past that moment when someone reads your height. But by meeting people in person you get the chance for people to get to know you.

I don't mind meeting people in person in bars or clubs, since there again the sex appeal is going to establish the first impressions and you just can't have it the same way as average/tall guys. I'm talking more like join opportunities for things you actually like where you might meet other people. Work of course, but also things like take a cooking class, or pottery making. Join a hiking group. Volunteer with groups cleaning up your community. Do things you are actually interested in so that meeting others is a bonus. Eventually you are going to meet someone with through these activities, and luckily you'll already have some compatibility through that shared interest.

You have to be more patient and will have fewer options, but being short is not a death sentence for being able to find relationships.
