Abortion is a moral right

So, regarding the recent events, my questions (in good faith, not looking to troll) would be-

1- The SCOTUS basically said "This is not a Federal matter." They didn't make abortions ILLEGAL. They didn't say "YO BITCH YOU GOTTA HAVE THAT BABY!" They said "According to the US Constitution, there's no mandate that the Federal Government HAS to support this or finance it. Therefor it's up to the State." So, with that said, how is the SCOTUS saying "THIS ISN'T UP TO THE BIG GOVERNMENT" NOT ANCAP? They're taking something THAT WAS LITERALLY REGULATED BY THE BIG GOVERNMENT and pushing that now to the SMALL GOVERNMENT! So people actually have a louder voice in the matter.

2- I'm assuming your follow up to that will be "BUT THE STATE! ALL GOVERNMENT INTERFERENCE IS BAD!" Which, like, I can't knock the notion. BUT at least we went a step forward since now it's not the Feds telling SMALLER governments what they can/can't do. The BIG government has been removed. NOW go fight the small government. It's MUCH easier to fight smaller, so if you're in a State where the majority is pro-life, fight the government! Why is that concept BAD? Why would you RATHER the BIG Government dictate something vs. the SMALL Government?

3- With all that said, are you OK with the Federal Government DICTATING ANY LAWS, even if they're laws that are along the line of "EVERY SMALL GOVERNMENT MUST DO X!"? If so, that's not Anarchist. You're endorsing BIG Government having MORE power. How do you defend that concept while claiming to be ANCAP or Anarchist?

I'm not really "pro life" or "pro choice" but I am of the mind that abortion should be allowed in some capacity because then it'll just get nasty and illegal and dangerous. However, I'm also against it personally based on a number of other factors, and don't want to get into it. There's so much to go over with it and I've already typed a lot.
