Someone mentioned possibly replacement parts due to repairs or front end damage. When you look at the front wheel well the frame to looks like it has an add protrusion. Could this be from a bend and then straightened? I don't personally know. Either way. the odd mix of old vs new parts. I wouldn't even look at this unless you have the VIN and check history.
