The infrastructure for the internet was largely funded by the government. Nobody should own the internet or control speech on the internet. We don't have a government that manages the internet or applications on the internet and there was no internet when the bill of rights were written. That's why you have to look at the intent of the law and apply it with modern technologies in mind. That's why the government has an FCC. These service providers get licensed to create internet services from the FCC so we can communicate. Virtually all communication is done over electronic devices. It's not something a trillionare can buy. It's our first amendment right.
