I understand that men are inherently the problem. I personally hold the belief that all men of all races have an equal capacity for shitness.

On your point about African-Americans. I am actually not american at all so I am just saying what I noticed. There is no racism in saying that certain cultures have problematic options. There are millions of variables that have contributed over time to make the world what it is. I choose African-Americans and hip hop as an example because it is far more explicit, vulgar and mainstream. Approximately 70% of African-American children will not be raised with their fathers and although there are many reasons as to why the African-American community is what it is, the culture is very toxic and it is African-American women that suffer the most for it. I grew up seeing African-American women being slandered by their men all over social media. You see them used and abandoned and from my warm home in the uk I could see and peers could see how messed up these men were. When I first discovered the hip hop and the African-American side of the internet I was shocked. I have never seensuch blatant disrespect and shittery like those women have to deal with. I dont see why excuses have to be made for them.

Secondly, your point about whiteness confuses me. I am not american so maybe thats why. I am a second generation east african immigrant living in the uk. I was talking about my experience with my OWN culture and those of my muslim -majority friends. Your post actually comes across as very sweet and well-meaning and I hope you carry that lovely approach to life you have forever. But these kind of replies happen alot when I complain to my non muslim friends. Practically all cultures are misogynistic but the degree to which is NOT the same. Whenever I say something about muslim men or men of a certain ethnicity one of them has to say NOT ALL MEN or white men are shit too. I dont care about western white non muslim men. I dont associate with them. In my family none of the older women have a clitoris because of FGM. I cant take of my hijab because because I will dishonor my father. My religion says that women will be the majority in hell because of the way we dress. I love my people but it is exhausting to see the freedoms some of my peers have. Non white men already have enough excuses made for them and we suffer for it. Please just let us complain. It is tiring.
