absurd question lol

The timing of this is so weird. I was just reading about people screaming in front of Laura Palmer's house from Twin Peaks. Uh, bit of a drive, but apparently that's a thing. I can't imagine the neighbors appreciate that one. So, yeah, don't really do that.

Car and pillow screaming seem to get the job done. Less angry neighbor response for sure. Park somewhere with a view and let it all out. Crazy fast sprinting mid-run is also a nice way to get that trauma out. My body has been holding years of it but I experimented with my running a few weeks ago. I overtrained like a beast for 3 weeks and it knocked all the pain out of my system. I've been in therapy and PT for years and nothing beat some good old fashioned overtraining - hill repeats, track speed stuff. Just anything to wear myself out. I'm still good a month later.
