Seems to me like you just need to practice on your interviews. My MCAT and GPA were only slightly better than yours. EC hours are definitely below yours (50 hours of research lab where I didn't even do any real research). About same # of schools.

Only difference is 3 IIs -> 3 As.

And perhaps non-medical ECs - Non-STEM undergrad and a few diverse activities (not that I was any good at them, but I did have passion for them). But it was these activities that help make me a rather friendly person and definitely played a big part in the interviews.

My writing was crap. Can't write to save my life.

Bottom line: You're so close. Don't give up.
