Access to Crossfit Football or School-Sponsored workout program?

I do CrossFit since I'm into strength sports in general (oly and powerlifting included).

You know how often I find myself doing a workout for time where I sacrifice form? Maybe Once a month. Unless it's a competition of some sort no one is going to be working out how you described. It also doesn't make sense from a programming standpoint. Someone wants to be faster, stronger, have more endurance and conditioning? No one worth their weight is going to prescribe a pre-made workout and say "do it for time".

When I do find myself doing Fran's/murphs or what have you, it's with my group of friends for fun just to supplement our training. Not programming off it.
