I accidentally ate a chocolate egg without paying for it and haven’t been able to sleep for 4 days

The NHS has a decent list if symptoms in adults, and info about how to pursue diagnosis too.

Also this screening quiz is pretty good as a starting point.

I’d recommend taking it and then, if you result suggests you may have ADHD, printing the result to take along to the doctor as a starting point for a conversation with them.

It might also be a good shout to print the NHS list of adult symptoms and make notes on which apply to you, and bring that along too. GPs who trained more than 10 years ago might have very outdated ideas about what ADHD looks like and who it can affect.

Best of luck finding some answers, mate - and feel free to PM me with questions if you think that could be useful.
