It's totally shut down now, but I looked into the number itself a bit.

202 - Washington, DC

972 - This is a new prefix, assigned in May 2020 to Onvoy/Inteliquent. That tells us that this number hasn't been active for long, and that it almost certainly isn't anything government related.

xx00 - Been a long time since I read up on telephone formats, so maybe someone can correct me. I think carriers sometimes hold onto numbers that have the format of xxx-xxx-xx00 for testing purposes. I've called into these numbers before, but I've never heard one that sounds like this.

Probably not an ARG, probably just some weird testing number that people aren't meant to call into.
