Accidentally exposed a loph to high concentration ozone gas and it grew these budding things and became tall and stalky

That is possibly the worst soil I’ve ever seen a loph in. It looks like it’s compacted like clay and it’s way to organic. If you are telling the truth and it actually has survived for years in that you need to get it out of that soil asap. Also the stretching is due to etoliation because you aren’t giving it light and the pupping is likely due to it being extremely stressed. The ozone is completely unrelated.

You should do some actual research on what lophs’ needs are, as well as some standard education on how plants work. If you actually do make your own soil do not add vermiculite I do not know why you think that would be a good idea. Instead either buy soil from Orionborn or put some time and effort into learning what is good to use for soil and what isn’t. Or just kill it whatever floats your boat.
