Soccer is the only sport with more professional leagues than basketball worldwide. Basketball is huge in Spain, Italy, France, Argentina, Turkey, China, Greece, the Philippines and growing rapidly in other countries like Poland, Hungary, Serbia, Lithuania, and Czech Republic, where it's second only to soccer. The NBA alone generates billions of dollars in revenue globally each year, and basketball as a whole is either played or followed by half a billion people worldwide. 5 years ago the NBA Finals were broadcast in 215 countries in almost 50 different languages. In 2012 and 2013, global basketball shoe sales alone were over $5 billion. 1 in 5 players in the NBA aren't from America. My point is that your claim of "Rest of the world?
