If AEW airs with displayed stats/time clock like MMA/boxing and a "sports like presentation", no matter how "work/booked" it is, it's going to really distinguish itself. I also feel Khan needs to send some feelers/WTF offers to certain talent noone would expect them to get. If I'm Tony Khan, I'd be sending feelers out to Dwayne Johnson, CM Punk, Steve Austin for commentating, gigantic inhuman barbarian bodybuilders like Martyn Ford/Olivier Richters/Aaron Reed, even freaking Conor Mcgreggor. AEW needs to make some massive holy shit moves that's going to make Stamford sit back and re-evaluate their product.

I've been watching pro wrestling since 1986, and the AEW era is the most excited I've felt for the business in two decades. Listening to recent interviews with Tony Khan, Cody Rhodes, Conrad Thompson, JR, etc indicates this isnt going to be like the Dixie Carter/Jeff Jarrett "were changing the PW landscape" talk.

AEW needs to transcend the "Elite" kliq, it needs to be the serious next level of pro wrestling of a serious sports presentation....yet within that framework, allow for all the crazy over the top pro wrestling insanity we love.

On a side note, I feel that WWE main is absolute garbage now. Not the talent, but the way it's presented by VKM /Dunne/etc. The Raw/Smackdown "super shakeups" were so unwatchable....yet I just rewatched NXT WM weekend NYC takeover...so f'n amazing. How is this the same company?
