Am: cetaphil gentle cleanser/simple moisturising cleanser Neutrogena hydroboost gel Cetaphil lotion No suncreen because of this current breakout Pm: simple moisturising cleanser Neutrogena hydroboost Cetaphil lotion Adapalene gel 0.1 Azaleic acid sometimes.

I've had acne almost all my life. It cleared for a year and a half after I went under accutane. But it came back. I did all kind of shit, natural and no products stuff. But then I saw Dr dray and started a skincare routine and things were good until a few months back. I had clear skin but then one horrible day I ran out of micellar water and I use a very heavy silicone based physical sunscreen. I made the mistake of using only cetaphil cleanser twice and that clearly didn't work. I ran out of Neutrogena hydroboost at the same time and only had cetaphil lotion. I couldnt repurchase the products cause of lockdown and I just went with whatever I had. I tried coconut oil as an oil cleanse too, didn't work. The breakout didn't start immediately. There was a gap of about 2 weeks before I repurchased the required products. After about a week of going back to old routine the breakout started. It was horrible. I quit dairy immediately and that helped a lot. Also I need to note that around the same time my skincare changed, I started drinking tulsi tea. I quit that too. During the time I drank the tea my skin would get so so oily. At first I thought it was because of the warmer weather but now it's quite better. Also one thing that has been bugging me since ever is that my acne gets kinda swollen and big and red after I wash my face. Then it reduces and returns to almost normal colour after say 15-20 mins. I have used gentle cleanser and it's still the same. Also my acne is always on the sides of face and around jaw which points to hormonal acne but I don't really want to take any meds. The derms here in my place are not good and I just wanted to see if I could find some helpful comments here. Anything you think might help me, of course I'll take the advice with caution. Please feel free to ask me anything you need to know to help me. :)
