[Acne] Nothing I try is working. It's been over 2 years. Help me. Routine inside male 27years old.

Yeah your routine is intense. If I were you I'd pare everything down to just super mild cleanser at night (CeraVe moisturizing, Cetaphil lotion for dry skin) and splashes of tepid water in the morning for a good two weeks. Then I'd start rotating in products one at a time in two week intervals. Echoing other commenters, literally one ingredient could be aggravating everything, and short of ESP your only way to find out what it could be is by process of elimination.

Because I'm a stickler for sun protection, I'd start by adding CeraVe's AM lotion SPF 30 (in the product recs side bar), and then I'd add in a BHA (Paula's Choice makes the best IMO), and then a 2.5% benzoyl peroxide (Paula's Choice or acne.org's are affordable).

Patch test each product. I put a bit on the inside of my wrist and wait 24 hrs to see if there's a reaction. If not, I start the trial.

With BHA, watch out for irritation and dryness. I'd start off every other night, and bump it up every night by week two if you're feeling good.

Same for benzoyl peroxide.

If you find you need a PM moisturizer, try CeraVe PM. If the AM didn't screw you up the PM shouldn't either because it's the same thing just without sunscreen.

If you have access and can afford it, consider seeing a dermatologist to get an accurate diagnosis --there are different types of acne that respond to different treatments, and what we call acne could be something else. If you do have plain old acne, BHA and benzoyl peroxide are the first ingredients to try out.
