Acting in Grey's (from an Actor's Perspective)

I agree about Ellen Pompeo, her small moments are great, but she can't carry big scenes, kinda agree about Patrick Dempsey, he's a great actor but not that great scene partner. Disagree about Justin Chambers, he's just not a good actor, I liked his acting in maybe one scene where he was upset about Ava leaving, but his Alex is only good when he has good scene partners. Disagree about Katherine Heigl too, she's almost as good as Sandra Oh, and would've nailed any other role if she wasn't playing Izzie. The point about Sara and Jessica is just perfection. And Kate Walsh is indeed a fantastic comedienne. She shines in comedic scenes. Caterina Scorsone was good in private practice, however she's terrible in Grey's. Her crying is like nails on a blackboard, and the faces she makes while hysterically crying are hilariously bad. Though, she's great at subtle crying, like when she's talking with tears in her eyes. And at last, ofc Sandra Oh is the GOAT.

Great analysis.
