As a insider from gaming industry.. most of tech industry devs act like they are still in puberty. Its really hard to find mentally mature creative people. Tech industry is filled with lunatics.

Most are highly paid incels avoid eye contact for first 3 months in a new job.. after they get in comfort zone you see the satan forming.

I know so many developers, designers you would punch in the face at first talk but they make hell of a creative job.. You couldn't even replace that guy, its not easy, you have to cope with it.

There is a reason why most of companies has open roles indefinitely even when they have that position filled, they have to hang onto that guy until they find better replacement.

But not this level of cope of course, this is so bad.
