Activision-Blizzard's Management = SCUM

While There absolutely are some people who are gifted high paying jobs without deserving them, by and large it’s from hard work. it’s truly mind blowing how many people shit on Officers that make large salaries, and ignore the high degrees of stress and long working hours (like 50-60 hours a week is a given at a minimum), and then also ignore that these people are highly educated and worked even harder and took risks to put themselves in that position, and didn’t just work hard and take risks but did so and still proved to be smarter or more savvy than the many other thousands that are doing the same thing. Yet all these people want a bigger slice of that pie without wanting to work for it. There’s no regard for the constant ethical dilemmas, the emotional burden of having to instruct layoffs, and making decisions that can literally sewer your company. I spent 5 years helping to manage a 30 person company before, and honestly fuck that. It’s not something I’d consider doing again unless it paid stupid amounts of money, and that’s a small company compared to what these guys deal with - hence the enormous salaries these guys can demand. He’s paid an embarrassing amount of money sure but honestly good for him, he’s very likely deserving and earned that
