Activist killed after being struck by vehicle during Burlington pig plant protest

You have nothing that confirms this so how can you accurately make this claim.

The video literally shows here standing in the same place she was hit.

What makes it unreliable some of the witness statements were fellow protesters. Are you calling these protesters liars now? Do you have any real evidence to prove they are unreliable?

It's unreliable because they are witness statements. But more so, because conflicting witness statements of the same situation. It's ironic though that you are repeatedly referring to witness statements while dismissing videos and photos.

Your “evidence” doesn’t show much of anything other than they were in the same area at the same time.

My evidence shows exactly what I said it did.

Mainly because that’s is an entrance that people tend to block trucks from entering. So this is a rather pointless point.

It's not pointless to point out that the exact same situation I am saying may have occurred here has happened before.

It actually isn’t. The protesters stop the truck do their thing and walk away there would be no reason to believe that someone decided to stay behind as the group left.

If there are multiple people around your truck which you lose sight of, you do not continue driving until you or a spotter confirms it's safe. This is one of the most basic concepts of safe driving.

You are looking at this emotionally which I get but you need to take all emotion out of it to honestly have this conversation.

There is nothing emotional about this. I am providing evidence and arguments. I have noticed though that many of my comments on this incident have devolved into other people using ad hominems like claiming I'm being emotional. It actually seems that my suggesting that she may not be at fault here is a very sensitive issue to others.
