Actor John Leguizamo compares Latino support for Trump to ‘roaches for Raid’

I'm assuming you're American, ( apologies if I'm wrong) but the thing is in the US you also get a generally unrepresentative view of Mexicans/Central Americans/ Latinos in general. There are tons of White Mexicans or White Central Americans, but because of the legacy of colonialism many (of course not all) of those white Latinos are very well off relatively in their countries and enjoy a very high standard of living. They are therefore less likely to permanently emigrate to the US than your average mestizo farmer looking for a better life. They will move to the States for University, get their degree, maybe a graduate degree after, then move back to Mexico/Honduras etc and have a much better standard of living than if they stayed in the US ( With obviously increased risk of being kidnapped etc, but for many that's an acceptable risk).
