hey're actually statistically absolutely never terrorists. Muslims on the other hand represent a tiny fraction of the population but have accounted for the overwhelming majority of casualties as a result of terrorist attacks. They're a 100,000% or more likely to commit a terrorist attack than anyone else. We shouldn't waste resources otherwise and I think we should ban any group that causes the need for such extensive security and violation of freedom for everyone else. It sucks for the good people and I feel for them. The video is even funny. Good Arabs should be able to come, visit and shop etc but sadly a minority pose too much of a threat to make the risk worth the potential profits worth admitting them. It's just not in our best interest.

The base rate fallacy is so misleading in this example because there are many more non-terrorists than terrorists, and the number of false positives (non-terrorists scanned as terrorists) is so much larger than the true positives (the real number of terrorists).
