It still is a feat that Adam did, his eyes didnt magically teleport him. It transform his body to react to a move that stop time and dodge it giving him the potential to dodge time stop moves and therefore having speed that surpasses time. It cannot be said he cant use them and only copies in that instant. I doubt that since it says he can replicate them not forget them. This is shown when he dodge Zeus first punch and didnt even bother to use them till way after the meteor jab. He didnt dodge and counter. He dodge the initial punch dodge the second and dodge more and then later decided to replicate them. He even stated after the Zeus time stop move that he was thankful for the cool move.

Even if you all wanna nitpick and say Adam cant replicate those moves outside of someone using them. Adam has shown that no hit Kojiro does will land on Adam as he does not have the same strength or speed as Zeus so I really doubt he will even overheat his eyes much less hit him. Adam never fail a counter and a dodge while his eyes were active, Kojiro on the other hand got hit a bunch of times even during his thousand image defense. Lastly it also cannot be said that Adam cant copy Sasaki ability to scan. He transform his body when the snake attack him and reacted to a time stop move. So its not outside the real of possibility of Adam being unable to copy Sasaki scanning moves and counter his predictions.
