Is the Adam Neumann criticism a witch hunt driven by jealousy?

The fact that there's as many apologists as there are for obnoxious Silicon Valley CEOs who make a mockery of corporate governance is really remarkable and really a disappointment. The fact that so many people don't seem to give a fuck about good corporate governance is really disappointing. With the level of self-dealing garbage that went on at this company, defending the actions of its CEO and his wife (who threw people out because she "didn't like their energy") is ridiculous.

Also, some people really do seem to love liars (Neumann apparently telling people that Jamie Dimon was his personal banker) as long as they sell them on a message of saving the world, which they eagerly eat right up. ("Neumann has suggested, at various times, that WeWork could help stop world hunger, solve the problem of parentless children and end the refugee crisis.")
