But here's the thing: you said it yourself, if you were the trolling support. In the situation I described the aren't aware of it. They truly believe they are playing great and that the ADC is the cause of the issues. They will be more inclined to actually go to other lanes instead, because in their twisted narrative the ADC is dragging them down. Going to other lanes mean them "oh so finally getting a proper laner".

What you are saying, is when someone is is aware of being a bad AND toxic player who intentionally griefs further. These are the situations where Riot should step in.
