No, there are enough donation options, and each one adds more overhead and wasted time to manage / maintain it. People keep asking for all kinds of new donation methods but the current set of options is more than good enough already. Use Bitcoin, which is the primary donation method. PayPal and GitHub Sponsors are for people uninterested in using something less mainstream, and Bitcoin is more mainstream than something like Liberapay.

The Bitcoin donations are going to go towards a powerful new build server soon along with other requirements for the project. A lot of it needs to be saved as an emergency fund for legal issues, etc. The project keeps this emergency fund as Bitcoin because it's safe from nonsense done by banks, payments processors, etc.

GitHub Sponsors is only supported because they are matching donations. Unless other options are going to match donations, they won't be added.
