Please take my advice with a grain of salt because I am no medical professional or psychologist, and I would hate to make your situation worse.
Adderall is incredibly addictive, and the fact you like it so much is something I would look out for. Typically the people with ADHD won’t feel like it’s the “best thing ever” but more of a helpful tool. I have multiple friends who have been diagnosed and they don’t even enjoy adderall.
Once you start taking a medication that affects your dopamine, it’ll just be another problem down the road. Not only will physical addiction be a problem, but amphetamine is cardio-toxic and can change brain chemistry(making your adhd worse without it).
My suggestion would be to do some serious research outside of reddit, and decide if you need to see a doctor.
I sort of understand what you’re going through, I was diagnosed with anxiety at 15 and it really did make school more difficult. I was abusing Xanax, Oxycodone, adderall, and definitely weed, thinking it all helped. I became depressed to the point I had a conversation with my mom about seeing a therapist. One of the first things I started doing was eating healthier/taking multivitamins and I instantly had a better outlook on things, making it easier to focus and enjoy school.
