I don’t think there was any evidence there. They offered a question and he simply left a small opinion. He’s a fan, but that doesn’t mean anything.

He just stated his opinion and he’s right, we don’t have to see the Golden Arc retold in anime form for a third time.

But, if there WAS an anime series that was intent on doing the entire manga from start to finish a la Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood, I wouldn’t mind it.

I think that would never happen until long after the manga ended, and even then whether or not the adult subject matter would be included would be a toss up

Also, a good number of the projects Shankar’s name gets attached to never happen.
