The US Administration is blocking the science on a renewable-powered future - A study on reaching high levels of renewable energy has been removed from the NOAA website, and an energy writer says that the release of another study has been blocked.

It's funny how pro nuclear advocates ALWAYS point to France. It's so stupid if you really look into it. Just look at when their reactors were built, when they are scheduled to close and how many are currently in construction...

Most were built in the 70s and 80s, half of the reactors are scheduled to be shut down by 2025, many reactors have severe safety concerns. And how many new ones are they building? One, Flamanville 3. Construction started in 2007, was scheduled to start commercial operations in 2012. Status now? Scheduled to start commercial operations in 2022. Costs? Projected to cost €3.3 billion. Latest estimates? €12-13 billion.

Just do yourself a service and stop using France as an example, it only shows that you have no idea about their situation. Nuclear will be dead if they don't make a ridiculously fast 180° turn.
