Adnan's constitutional rights are more important than Hae's family's grief. He should not have spent an hour more in prison to appease anyone's feelings.

“Reasonable notice” is subjective and was more than fairly given. He was given contact information and the ability to appear by video chat. This filing has no merit to it as they had more than ample time to hire a lawyer. He can lie all he wants about not knowing he could speak but he was given a chance to speak and took it. His rights were not infringed on and all of this is completely irrelevant to the content of the Brady violation. Which you falsely claimed “he had a chance to prove his innocence” which is the whole point of the Brady violation that Adnan did not have the right to prove his innocence fairly when the state had to do illegal things to convict him. Don’t avoid the question or the topic I really don’t appreciate the strawman and deflection.
