... and no respect for quotes. When this price change occurred, I was in conversations about licensing an entire company. The quote was given on Wednesday, and we brought it to the board, got approval, and was back to them by Monday. They no longer would honor their documented quote from less than a week ago for a very large order, pointed to the fine print that "prices are subject to change". We got a better price, but we had to go back and re-get approval. I am not looking forward to the 1-year mark when it goes up to the full price. Luckily, I am not involved at that point, although I am sure I will get pulled into it, inspite saying multiple times that was an introductory rate.
