Adopting a Healthy Lifestyle [OC]

1 day old post but fuck it, heres some advice from a cocky fuck who fixed himself. No one can tell you what your problems are and how to fix them but you... but if it's a problem, then that means it has a fix.

First, get rid of your stressors. Every needle stabbing your mind and distracting you from thinking straight, get rid of it. That sounds hard but it's crucial. Doesn't have to be every stressor, just as many as you can. Retreat. Take time off your job if that stresses you, find a hotel if the home stresses you, take some time off your voluntary obligations like an MMORPG remove any mind altering substances from the equation unless absolutely required by a doctor.

Okay you cleaned your mental side. Second, clear your physical side. That means stretching, cardio, open air. STRETCH. Stretch all the time it's crucial to fixing any posture errors affecting your brain. Eat healthy, drink way more water than you should and prepare to be in the restroom pissing out the extra. Do not add any luxury tastes or foods to your body. Clean your physical side.

Then, ONLY THEN, will you feel ready for therapy. To think about your problems. Do so via self insight or find a therapist.

Think about it. The main thing you think about are the things that are bothering you. They interrupt the thoughts you want to think about, and stress you. The second biggest thing that it erupts people is that they feel sick or unhealthy which translates to stress. But many people dont view it like this, and can only view the problems. Want to know what people do instead? Escape. Remove their stress with medication or drinking or pleasure. You can't do that. YOU can't do that, either. Pleasure and drinking never fixed a broken arm, but a splint and proper care sure fucking can.

I don't know what problems you might have, be it grief, stress, confusion, despair, any of them. But they can be overcome, so think about them with eyes clear.
