Adoption in Brazil

Well, similar to you we are in the process of moving again so we had to slow down the process. When I was in the thick of it I did not meet any agency that I was particularly comfortable with ( as I was approaching this as a foreigner lol) . However, when I moved back to Rio, I realized there are a lot more local resources available within the country/ for nationals such as going through the city government as they are changing many laws to incentivize adoption. I have seen many foreign couples working with orphanages and then adopting from them which turned out to be faster than an agency.

I can definitely direct message you with agencies that I come across and are reputable.
