Adrian Peterson thinking about playing five more years

The 15 games he missed in 2014 had nothing to do with injury. He got a full year off that wasn't caused by injury, so he didn't have to spend that time rehabbing just to get back to where he was. This is virtually unheard of for an elite RB to take a year off to rest his body without having to worry about rehabbing a major injury.

I know the o-line argument is a tired one, but seriously just watch the tape. There is not a single play from last year where you could say that Leveon Bell or Zeke or David Johnson would have got more out of the play than AD did. Several times he was getting hit as he took the handoff. We have seen some bad lines over the years in MN, but this one was by far the worst.

On the other hand, every time I saw the cowboys play, I saw Zeke getting massive holes and picking up chunks of yardage 10 or 20 yards at a time. I just kept thinking that 9 times out of 10, when AP has seen holes that big he turns them into touchdowns, not 12 yard gains.

But we'll see I guess.
