Dialectical behavior therapy it was originally created to treat women with borderline personality disorder who struggled with suicidal ideation and self harm but has a very strong mindfulness approach. The overall therapy has 4 components: mindfulness, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness and emotion regulation.

Personally it's the only form of therapy I've found helpful because it is so skill based. Teaches you what to do instead of X, vs. talk therapy.

I've been in it for about 3 years and the mindfulness component has definitely helped me with my focus. But not for everyone. If you have no luck you may research mindfulness on your own if you haven't!

If you're interested - I can highly recommend The Seattle Clinic. This is a naive statement but I've personally never had a psychologist who would prescribe so have always additionally seen a psychiatrist. I hope this helps.

Good luck. Cheers!
