Adult redditors with frequent Night Terrors (Sleep Terrors), how do you deal with it?

Hi, I don’t know if I’m late to the party- but I had another night terror for the first time in a while during my nap today and I turned to reddit for similar experiences. 1) no drinking alcohol/eating before bed, 2) no scary or dramatic movies before bed, 3) I found a hobby that I can do twice a week that makes me happy, 4) I have a dog I can spend all my time with and focus my energy into, 5) lastly and most importantly... time management. Weirdly enough, I was getting stressed out with all the things I had to do which would induce night terrors... but after I realized it’s okay to allow things to mull over a couple days and nothing was truly imminent, I fell into a more peaceful sleep.
