Advanced Start

Advance Start (AS) the way i see it, it's a reward for those clan who are willing to go the extra mile. A competitive clan has a clear goal, all the members are on the same page, they follow rules & instructions well, leaders can focus on 'leading' and keeping the clan in tip top condition.
There will always be clan that progress faster than the rest. The system isn't to blame. Calculating which raids are more efficient to farm for exp based on their current potential (Exp/reward gained, time it takes to clear, time it takes to reopen the next raid) optimizing their decks for maximum damage. Making sure every members attack 4/4 each phrase. Etc. How competitive & how much effort a clan put in is reflected in their clan exp & ranking.
The target is there, how long it takes to get there is all dependent on how much effort you are willing to put in. It's not that it is taking long for the average clans to get there, It is simply a case of the top clans getting there too fast.

Just like how even MS 10k seems like a dream for casuals who have the game installed for months, years.

How much effort you're willing to put in determine your progression.
And whats wrong with lower AS like 60% - 80% advance start? Yea sure it's an advantage but how much of an advantage it can be is all dependent on how well you are utilizing it.

Having 90% AS & not being able to commit to the tournament due to IRL events against someone with lower AS but able to commit 12-18 hours.

If they were to put in the exact same amount of effort then yes the one with higher AS have an advantage. It gives an edge but it doesn't determine the winner. In the event where i lose i would simply blame it on bad luck & try again another time. The algorithm in TT2 is a huge improvement from TT1, in TT1 you can get place in a tournament where you literally stood no chance at winning.
Populated top clans with better perks attract more players
New clans without perks struggle to attract & keep players
Same problem exist in most game with a clan / guild system
Sad to say but that is perfectly normal.
If you are competitive in nature then definitely keep clan hopping and eventually progress to the top. If you are casual but want to be competitive in tournaments, there are plenty of clan that have decent AS with low requirement to join.

If you feel that your clan is holding you back. Have a discussion with the leaders. Voice your opinion. See what can be done to improve the situation. Step up to recruit new members or look for merger/absorb with other clans with similar issues & interest helps. Or you could leave simply leave for a new one if you don't enjoy your current clan company.
