In all fairness cancel culture IS a thing people on left, right, and center all call out and reference. It’s not something the right made up.

Now whether or not it is responsible for advertisers pulling out after an obnoxious self important rich dude bought Twitter while proclaiming to make it a bastion of free speech(which means there companies name could be seen next to things they don’t want it associated with, the reality is that he is gonna have to find companies willing- they do exist). Can’t make everyone happy. That doesn’t cease to exist with free speech. People are allowed to disagree and express such, though I suspect rich people in general are often surrounded by yes men.
