Advice about how many times I should redo an order?

They are splitting and she’s shown pictures to prove it. I have absolutely no explanation, as I’ve never had this problem before. She is willing to return them but I didn’t want to make her bother with postage.

Her complaints are valid individually but I’m honestly getting tired of redoing this one pen over and over. I am wondering when it would be acceptable to just say no and give her a refund. On one hand I’d finally be done with this, but on the other hand, she is a regular customer and I’d rather not lose her business if I haven’t already.
