[Advice] Never Be The Status Quo

Tough situation but don't worry, you'll be fine.

From what you've described of your situation, there's a couple of paths you might be able to go down...

The first option is moving to another country, like you mentioned. If I'm not mistaken, Slovakia is part of the EU which opens up a whole load of options when it comes to moving. You're worried about language, but from your post I can see that you already know how to speak English very well, which immediately gives you options like the UK to move to. Even in countries like Switzerland and Germany, just being able to speak English can get you very far. If you have some kind of degree or other useful qualification, that opens up even more opportunities with companies that would want to hire you.

You also mentioned that you'll be scared because you don't know anyone or any places if you were to move. Of course thats true, but within a short while you'll be able to solve both those problems as you get to know new people and new places. It's a pretty exciting adventure, if anything.

I have to tell you though, moving countries is a BIG decision. You have to talk it over with your parents, do proper research about each country and so on. Speaking from experience, you can't take this decision lightly because it's a very big step!

Your second option would be to stay put in Slovakia and make it work there. Again, you're English is good and you obviously have internet capability. That opens a whole world of new jobs and business opportunities (that can provide much better salaries) to you because the internet truly is worldwide and couldn't care less about where you are from. You can sell services (such as graphic design), products or whatever else you can think of. You can also start the next big startup company if you are so inclined... The possibilities are limitless when it comes to the internet, so be creative.

Anyway, I hope that gives you some ideas. Don't get yourself down, you can do whatever you want if you put your mind to it.
