It makes absolutely no sense whatsoever that any process like this would have to be done in a physical body then it could be done in the astral realms or anywhere else. if we are immortal souls then why does it have to be done on earth. look at op, he has been in it for 14 years and still can't live properly, if kundalini energy is so intilligent it should get it the fuck together and finish the job already and stop fucking around. im only one year into this and seeing the way its going and how others have to deal with this i will be bowing out before its over. its just not worth it and the downside is far greater then the benefits like peace, ecstasy or any other bullshit we dont need
