While amd is better for productivity, intel is still better for gaming, and because you will be running at such a high refresh rate, you are more likely to be bottlenecked by the cpu.
Also, for normal use, like office/gaming, you won't notice the difference between NVME and a good old sata ssd, so i grab a larger HDD for your game library.
